COOK THE VEGETABLES

MELT THE BUTTER: IN A LARGE SKILLET, MELT THE UNSALTED BUTTER OVER MEDIUM HEAT.

COMBINE INGREDIENTS

MIX WITH BREAD: IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL, COMBINE THE DRIED BREAD CUBES, COOKED HILL MEAT SAGE SAUSAGE, SAUTEED VEGETABLES, CHOPPED PARSLEY, THYME, SALT, AND PEPPER.

SAUTE THE AROMATICS: ADD THE DICED ONION AND CELERY, COOKING UNTIL SOFTENED, ABOUT 5-7 MINUTES. ADD MINCED GARLIC AND COOK FOR AN ADDITIONAL 1-2 MINUTES.
BAKE THE STUFFING
