Smoked Sausage Balls Recipe – made with a delicious blend of Hill Meat breakfast sausage, Hill Meat smoked sausage, cream cheese, Bisquik, and cheddar cheese, all perfectly combined for a mouthwatering appetizer.   1. STEP 1

    • Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. STEP 2.

    • Place smoked sausage links in the bowl of a food processor and process until finely chopped. 
  3. STEP 3.

    • In the bowl of an electric stand mixer fitted with a dough hook, combine Bisquick, smoked sausage, breakfast sausage brick, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. Mix until everything is incorporated into the sausage.
  4. STEP 4.

    • Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. (Can freeze at this point)
  5. STEP 5.

    • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
