These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Hill Meat Company (“Hill Meat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the website located at www.hillmeat.com, including all pages, content, features, and tools made available through it (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, clicking “I Agree” on our cookie or consent banner, or submitting information through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
The Site provides information about Hill Meat Company and its products, recipes, distribution information, career application forms, and a third-party product locator tool. The Site does not sell products directly to consumers, does not offer user accounts to the general public, and does not process online payments.
Product, nutritional, and recipe information. Content on the Site, including recipes, cooking instructions, ingredient lists, and nutritional information, is provided for general informational purposes only and may contain errors or may change without notice. Always refer to the label on the actual product packaging for current ingredient, allergen, nutritional, and safe-handling information. You are solely responsible for safe food handling, storage, and preparation, including cooking products to appropriate internal temperatures.
The “Find Our Products” page includes a product locator tool operated by Destini Global LLC (the “Locator”), an independent third-party service provider. The Locator may ask you to enter a ZIP code or, with your permission, use your device’s location to identify retail stores near you that may carry our products. Your use of the Locator is subject to the Locator provider’s own terms and privacy practices, and information you provide to the Locator is collected by that provider as described in our Privacy Policy.
Retailer availability not guaranteed. Locator results are generated by a third party from distribution and retailer data that may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that any store shown in the Locator carries any particular product, that inventory is in stock, or that pricing or store hours are accurate. Please contact the retailer directly to confirm availability before making a trip.
The Site may also contain links to third-party websites and social media platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content, and linking does not imply endorsement.
The Site allows you to submit information through contact forms and employment application forms (including driver applications). You agree that all information you submit is truthful, accurate, and yours to provide, and that you will not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful. Submitting an employment application does not create an employment relationship, an offer of employment, or any obligation on our part to respond.
Except for personal information (which is handled as described in our Privacy Policy), any ideas, suggestions, recipes, or other materials you voluntarily send us are non-confidential, and you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose without compensation or attribution.
The Site and all content on it — including text, recipes, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade dress, and the selection and arrangement of content — are owned by Hill Meat or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. “Hill Meat,” “Hill’s Premium Meats,” and associated logos are trademarks of Hill Meat.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site and to view, download, and print content for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, scraping, data mining, or use of automated tools to access the Site — is prohibited without our prior written permission.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HILL MEAT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
HILL MEAT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE (INCLUDING PRODUCT AVAILABILITY SHOWN IN THE LOCATOR) IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or remedy that applies to a physical product you purchase from a retailer, which is governed by applicable law and any warranty accompanying the product.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) IN NO EVENT WILL HILL MEAT OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES; AND (B) OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF A LIMITED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including, for California residents, liability for fraud, willful injury to person or property, or violation of law, whether willful or negligent (Cal. Civ. Code § 1668), or any rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hill Meat and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 11, you and Hill Meat agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Umatilla County, Oregon, and waive any objection to venue in those courts.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date, and material changes will be indicated by reasonable means. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Under California Civil Code § 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following consumer-rights notice: the Site is provided by Hill Meat Company, 1503 N.W. 50th, P.O. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Hill Meat regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements on that subject. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Section headings are for convenience only. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11) survive.
