is located in the rolling hills of Pendleton, Oregon, where the Gorge
meets the Blue Mountains . For over 50 years as a pork processor,
we make all kinds of fresh and smoked meats - including,
sausages, hams, salami, ribs, chops, bacon and every other

stores and restaurants throughout the West - from Boise to the Bay
