HILL’S SAUSAGE AND BACON FRENCH TOAST BAKE

Ingredients
  • 2 (12oz.) Hill’s Breakfast Sausage Links, diced in large chunks
  • 6 Slices Hill’s Thick Sliced Smoked Bacon partially cooked, diced in large chunks
  • 1 Tube cinnamon rolls diced in large chunks
  • 1 cup Half and half
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray set aside.
  3. Brown 6 bacon slices and drain (you want it a little undercooked)
  4. Brown sausage and drain (you want it a little undercooked)
  5. Place chunked up cinnamon rolls in baking dish.
  6. Chunk up sausage and bacon and to the dish.
  7. In separate bowl, whisk half and half, heavy cream, eggs, syrup, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and salt.
  8. Pour egg mixture over cinnamon rolls and gently press all bread into liquid until all bread is coated.
  9. Bake 40-45 minutes or until golden brown on top. Remove from oven and let cool for at least 10 minutes for easier serving.
  10. Top with additional maple syrup and enjoy!
