CREAMY HILL MEAT SAUSAGE BRICK AND POTATO PAN FRY

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Hill Meat Sausage Brick
  • 1 Med. onion, chopped
  • 4-4.5 cups Potatoes, diced (no need to peel, unless you want too!)
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 1.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Parsley (optional)
Instructions
  1. Fry your Hill Meat Sausage Brick and onion until browned.
  2. Add enough water to cover sausage, then cook 10 minutes. Do not drain!
  3. While sausage is cooking, dice potatoes.
  4. Add potatoes, salt and pepper to meat.
  5. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
  6. While potatoes are cooking, whisk milk and flour together until smooth.
  7. Add to sausage and potato mixture and cook just until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  8. Top with parsley and ENJOY!
