Smoked Sausage Balls Recipe – made with a delicious blend of Hill Meat breakfast sausage, Hill Meat smoked sausage, cream cheese, Bisquik, and cheddar cheese, all perfectly combined for a mouthwatering appetizer. Ideal for parties, game days, or holiday gatherings, these crowd-pleasers are easy to make and even easier to devour. Serve them with your favorite dipping sauces for an irresistible snack that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Cups Bisquick
  • 1 LB Hill Meat Smoked Sausage (Frankfurter, German, Kielbasa, or Hot Link)
  • 1 8oz Package Cream Cheese (Softened)
  • 1 1/4 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 LB Hill Meat Breakfast Brick (Your Preference of Flavor, we have 8 different Flavors)

    STEP 1
    • Preheat oven to 400ºF.

    • Place smoked sausage links in the bowl of a food processor and process until finely chopped.

    • In the bowl of an electric stand mixer fitted with a dough hook, combine Bisquick, smoked sausage, breakfast sausage brick, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. Mix until everything is incorporated into the sausage.

    • Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. (Can freeze at this point)

    • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
