  • 4-6 Slices Hill’s Premium Meats premium Bologna
  • 1/2 cup Arugula
  • Relish
  • Tomato
  • 2 Slices Gouda or Gruyere cheese
  • 1 Ciabatta roll
  • Butter
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  1. Heat a medium skillet or griddle pan over medium-high heat. Make a 1-inch “X” in the center of each piece of bologna to keep it from curling up in the skillet.
  2. Wipe the skillet with a stick of butter until lightly greased. Add the Hill’s Premium Meats bologna and fry a couple of minutes on each side until browned.
  3. Stack up the Hill’s Premium Meats bologna in the skillet and top with the cheese. Cover with a large inverted bowl and heat until melted.
  4. Spread one slice of the Ciabatta roll with mayonnaise and the other slice with yellow mustard.
  5. Transfer the bologna to one of the slices of Ciabatta roll. Top the left over Ciabatta roll with Relish, Arugula, and Tomato. Then enjoy immediately.
