Hill’s Premium Meats German Sausage Rope Mustard Sauce Stir-Fry

Ingredients
  • 3 Hill’s Premium Meats German Sausage Rope
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 cup Diced white onion
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 Large zucchini (diced)
  • 1 Heirloom Tomato (diced)
  • 8 ounces Broccolini
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet to medium high heat.
  2. Prepare the vegetables by dicing (if not already done), and slice the Hill’s Premium Meats German Sausage Rope into bite sized pieces Once hot, add a bit of oil to the pan and sauté the Hill’s Premium Meats German Sausage until browned. Once toasty and brown (about 5-7 minutes), set aside. Keep the pan hot.
  3. Add the remaining oil, and more if needed. Toss in all of the veggies. Continue to stir and sauté until lightly browned. This will take about 10-12 minutes. Now add the Hill’s Premium Meats German sausage back to the pan.
  4. Meanwhile, make the sauce. Whisk together the coconut aminos and Dijon mustard until smooth. Toss in the hot skillet with the veggies and sausage. Stir until well coated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve hot with chopped chives (optional) over a bed of rice or cauliflower rice.
